If 25% of the intel was false, 25% verifiably true, and 50% was unverified, should we act on the verifiable 25% or not? If its verifiable then rely on whatever the verifiable sources are. That's what I assume Muta was getting at. I don't believe anyone is claiming the dossier is 100% true, I'm pretty sure we know a lot of it is unverified, but if the FBI is choosing to seriously consider this dossier, we can at least safely assume some (even if we don't know what) is possibly actionable intel.
