It is inaccurate and misleading in that it's cherrypicking 5% of information from a document and publishing it as "facts."
You put facts in quotations. Are you saying what is said in the memo that apparently we already knew is not true? These are lies?
Intentionally omitting a large amount of information integral for context can turn truth into lies. Imagine that. It doesn't take a genius to put 2 and 2 together to notice that condensing a 50-60 page document to 4 pages is going to leave out a tremendous amount of context.
Sort of like not telling a judge that you're going for a FISA warrant on a member of a Presidential campaign team based on fake info from said campaign's political rival, who is also a member of the current President's Cabinet...
