Given your general ignorance about literally every subject, and complete lack of worldiness, I'm inclined to doubt literally all of that.
Canada: went a bunch of times just cause I lived all my life in northern states and have usually been near the border. also drove for 8 days this summer north through BC and Yukon to move from Washington to Alaska
Japan: took part in a 2 week exchange program that my community college did, and lived in a house with a host family who took care of me, fed me japanese meals and took me to shrines and museums and stuff and showed me around
China: went with my family when we went to adopt my youngest sister who is chinese and grew up in an orphanage. I have been very close to her for years and through her, and the trip there, I was exposed to alot of chinese culture.
England: visited Bath and London on a trip with my family. Also saw Stonehenge
Scotland: same trip as England, I stayed in Inverness and visited Loch Ness and also spent time in Edinburgh
Wales: still same trip, went to the top of Mount Snowdonia
France: went with my dad to meet up with my sister who was being an exchange student in Paris.
German: same trip as France, went to a holocaust musuem in that town where they had the nazi trials after the war. can't think of the name
Italy: same trip still, went to Rome and saw the collosieum and the Pantheon or Parthenon or some such thing. also visited the Vatican. also went to Florence
Czech Republic: still same trip, went to Prague and saw all kinds of stuff. walked on a thousand year old bridge.
I haven't left the country in over a decade. but there was a period in the early to mid 2000's where I did a bit of traveling. just cause it upsets your preconceived notion of me is your problem, and not a concern of mine
