After renting a few houses in the past I've decided I don't ever wanna live in one again until I buy. Landlords up your ass, lawn maintenance, landlords neglecting repairs, having to fight to get your security deposit back and getting blamed for things you didn't do to the house I thought about moving into an apartment. Cheaper. And I'm not too fond of landlords(Though mine is kinda horrible...). But at the same time, I don't think I'd do well with people under me. But people over me doesn't work well. And I have 2 dogs that would be better where I am right now. Or a house in general. I would buy.
