Solar Panel installers say it will increase price and less people will buy solar panels making less jobs for installers. Why you are only presenting one side of the argument as fact is interesting. That said, the people who are buying solar panels usually are not pinching pennies nor doing it for the cheapness of it. Thus, I suspect the tariffs will have a negligible effect on installer jobs.
