| Topic | Anyone else constantly anxious that they will lose their job and other dumb thi? |
| _____Cait 01/29/18 4:49:36 PM #1: | I work overseas. I am always nervous about my language, my job, home country. I know I should enjoy my life (and I actually do, which I why I choose to), but anxiety sneaks up and makes me feel like I am bad at the language (even though I am better than average, at least, than most foreigners, and am constantly learning). I am good at my job, and I have a small support system from the local church, which really surprised me withh how normal and supportive they were. Anyway,anyone else feel the same? I usually dont open up about this, but I am sick of feeling tis way. I have started exercise, sleeping better, tyring to be positive, being social, and it does help.
