They knew exactly what they were doing with that booking. They only redid it for a Smackdown Live ratings boost. But they all along wanted Carmella to win in via Ellsworth interference for the sake of getting her heat since she's a heel. And again, she didn't get heel heat. She got X PAC heat. (Or, the sexist booking did at least). It's not like she was getting heat during anytime after that like heel heat would usually have you getting. They booed cause Vince is a fucking sexist pig piece of shit and then haven't given her a single reaction yet except for that weird out of nowhere "forgiveness" moment to him.
