Hercs NP is hard to build without using somebody like Waver too. The bosses have a lot of HP so its not surprising if any of the 3 charge ones reach their NP. Bride Nero can literally survive Odas, Emiyas and Gilgameshs NPs even with the attack boost from Gilgs skill and the attack boost from the Code.
