Youre there to do work the entire time. If you get called out on not doing that then oh well. Whether someone else gets reprimanded or not doesn't have anything to do with what you're supposed to do. You can shit talk them to your boss once you actually start earning your pay check. Also, the drug thing just may be company policy if they find drugs on the premises. Testing isn't free so idk why your boss would spend the money unless they had to. Being treated as a if you're a drug addict is a legit complaint though. That's definitely not cool and is a reasonable reason to want to leave imo. Anyway, it sounds like you don't have the work experience to weigh this against other jobs. The bottom line is you're not comfortable there so you probably shouldn't stick around. Two weeks notice is not required. They would immediately fire you without notice.
