Topic	Everybody knows somebody who died from a heroin OD.

Not trying to shit on your cousin's memory but that hardly sounds like a good excuse for turning to heroin. Probably had to do with shitty friends rather than an alcoholic stepmom I'm not justifying it. He made a series of bad choices and it killed him. But I do find offense when people assume that heroin users are all waste of life junkies who deserve what's coming to them. They need help, not judgement and criminal charges. My brother used for a while, has been clean two years because his support is way stronger than my cousin's was.
