Topic	Tim Burton's Batman movies were really damn good. (Probably Spoilers)
Southernfatman 01/27/18 5:17:47 PM #37:	I loved Nolan's movies at the time, but now I don't have any desire to rewatch them unlike Burton's. The Nolan Batman's serious take almost seems kinda silly at this point and they feel like generic action movies from that time. Batman could have been Vigilante Man and nothing much could have changed. Burton's Batman movies, while weird, feel like Batman movies. Returns can be a bit much, but the first one has the best mix of seriousness and comic book goofiness and I prefer goofy clown Jack Nicholson Joker over Ledger.
