Exactly.

I live near Dallas; one of the supposed top contenders for the new Amazon HQ.

We don't need another 50,000+ people moving here, driving up real estate and rent prices, congesting our already overloaded highway system, and god knows we don't need any more of the endless suburban sprawl than we already have.

I was planning a move out to Frisco next year and its already ruined because of the Toyota HQ they built/building there right now. Traffic has gotten noticeably shittier these past 3 or so years in the metroplex, we dont need more inflated prices on apartments and rental homes plus the added traffic
