Exactly.

I live near Dallas; one of the supposed top contenders for the new Amazon HQ.

We don't need another 50,000+ people moving here, driving up real estate and rent prices, congesting our already overloaded highway system, and god knows we don't need any more of the endless suburban sprawl than we already have.


Ugh, yeah I dodged that one. Saint Louis was vying heavily for it before the recent cut to the top 20 or whatever it was. We even offered them their own terminal at the airport.
