What I was trying to get at earlier is, are there any protections you lack that straight people affirmatively have?
Obviously scale and likelihood not withstanding, I mean fundamental, under the law, overt and specific protections.

Because refusing to rent to a straight person in Texas seems legal too, unless I'm mistaken.

*note, I'm just being pedantic, I agree that sexuality should be protected in more cases, specifically with job security and housing.*
