The younger fans are more likely to start with Awakening/Fates and less likely to go back to the older system, I imagine. I didn't ask for age, but I did ask what people's first FE game was. The two biggest ones were Awakening and Blazing Blade (big surprise), with Sacred Stones a distant 3rd that was still way higher than the rest of the pack. People who started with Awakening played more total FE games than I expected. The average number of games played for people who started with Awakening is 7, while the number for Blazing Blade is 8.2 Considering the huge release date difference between the two, that's pretty good! Most of the new fans are exploring the series. The biggest 'problem' is that the playrates for Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn are absolutely abysmal for people who started with Awakening.
