No one is bemoaning that they those people can't judge any more, and in the past when it's been brought to light that someone has that in their past, they've been decertified. The issue is that not all judges are store employees. It's like requiring Gamefaqs to run background checks on their mods. For some, prohibitively costly, and to fix a non-existent problem.
