Chess, for example, is a purely mental game. If you want to do something, there is no physical challenge in executing it. In "physical" sports, doing something successfully is contingent on execution and you can train through repetition to make yourself more likely to succeed in carrying out a plan. The exact same, however, applies to eSports. The only difference is that fine motor skills are used for execution instead of gross motor skills.
