| CableZL 01/23/18 12:08:29 PM #5: | One incident I followed in recent years was the Marcus Jeter incident. http://www.nj.com/essex/index.ssf/2016/01/ex-cop_sent_to_prison_for_false_police_reports_str.html A cop pulled him over and started beating him while he was in the driver's seat. The cop accused Marcus Jeter of reaching for his weapon and resisting and all that. A fellow officer rushed to the scene and that officer's dash cam revealed that Marcus Jeter had his hands up the whole time. The cops were sent to prison.
