if they had the will power to do it then they would have already. for many its the thought that they can and they arnt or wont that ends up putting them into a darker hole. and that hole ends up being the only thing they know or can content with. usually it ends very very badly if someone isnt there to help them on their feet.

if you can actually get over that mountain then things get substantially easier and you will start to have more confidence. unfortunately for many it is a mountain and it isnt easy for them. iv went through the same thing and eventually it led to me trying to kill my self twice before i actually got help from someone. make no mistake, life still isnt easy afterwards, but youd still have easier means of contending with it.

tc, i strongly recommend you talk to someone even your family about it so at the very least they might be able to help you talk to someone professional that can help you through what your going through. the longer you wait the worse its going to get.
