She was professional and polite in how she broached the subject and the response email was snarky and full of it from the start. She was begging for something. That automatically disqualifies it from being "polite" or professional. The fact that she thought her "exposure" was more valuable than her paying for a service was pure arrogance. Especially since this was Universal Studios, they already are on the map. What was this small fry blogger going to do? Especially since most of her followers are probably just horny men who don't care about the content she makes. Was the hotels response a little abrasive? Sure.
