Illegal immigrants make up ~3.5% of the population but 9% of the homicide offenders in 2014 according to the sentencing commission.

So yes, they do commit murder at a disproportional rate.

And punishing 93% for the actions of 7% is fair?

It's fair to simply enforce immigration law as it's written. And also to point out that Democrats would rather see higher violent crime rates than potentially lose voters.

why would an illegal inmigrant register to vote ? there is nothing to gain from it and is too risky
