Topic	Someone explain the recent major villains from DB Super.

My tolerance for subpar animation in action shows has gotten super low. Blame Hunter x Hunter for being over 130 episodes and always looling good, at least when it mattered. Gon vs Hisoka is basically a fist fight and look several times better than the "amazing" rolling kamehameha scene.
