Hahahaha, no. He's less eloquent than Obama and too many progressive black folks saw through him back when he was starting up in Newark. He was backed by right wing money when he started and so any semi-serious look into his background would get him torn apart in the Democratic primaries. I don't see the DNC backing him.

The Dems best chance is still currently Michelle Obama, but she is not interested having just got $60 million for that book deal and her privacy back. She is loved by many, gives good speeches, and understands the true role of the presidency and how the game is played. But again she is not interested so the dems are looking into their other options.

Of course the 2020 election doesn't start up for another year so it's way too early to know how the political winds will blow and anything any of us have to say about it now is just pure speculation.
