Did you translate using google? Because that kanji they use for series means franchise

How to tell if someone is pretending they know Japanese. They call the katakana word (shiriizu) derived from the English word series, the kanji for franchise. http://jisho.org/word/%E3%82%B7%E3%83%AA%E3%83%BC%E3%82%BA

Alright time to go back to never posting here.

I wasnt but like I said someone tagged me. And I dont know Japanese the Twitter man who translated everything himself said that.

What you said may be proper kanji. Idk.

But he himself said that the specific one they used for series is used to mean franchise. Perhaps both are acceptable there

Like in England. Series means one season or the entire series.

Same thing for that kanji; except most the time its used, its used for franchise.
