Barry wasn't found guilty yet! His fingerprints being on the knife is circumstantial, and can alternately be explained by the fact that it was a wedding gift. Same thing with him finding the body. It's Barry's house. That's why he'd be standing over the body. It's also why Barry should have taken the stand, even if he wasn't going to reveal he was the flash. He could even explain he was always late because he doesn't have a car (which is true--and is exactly why he was late many of those times in the past). If they needed Barry in jail so badly, they should have just rigged the trial. Have the jury be mind controlled by DeVoe, or threatened by him. --- Growing up, I wish some teacher told me "You probably won't ever need this, but if you don't learn it, you might miss out on something really cool." ...
