They seem to usually pronounce the letter "A" as "er" or "eer", or just an r sound, depending on the word, rather than "ay" like America does. So for instance "Idea" would sound like "Ideer". Which I think is where the "I have no eye deer" joke comes from. I think this usually happens if the letter comes at the end of a sentence, or near the end, though. In a word like "Bake" or "Rake" they pronounce it the same way as in American English.
