I simply saw the father block comments from "liberal tree hugging types" and thought it was funny that he didn't bother to refute anything they "might have said". Was he supposed to stare at his phone all night, responding to every insult from people who already have their minds made up? There isn't anything up for debate so it would literally be nothing but trash talking. I mean, he didn't have to. Just ignore those people, or refute the few that might actually say something wrong. It's just silly, and he could have delighted his daughter with positive comments as well. He doesn't have to explain himself or his daughter to anyone. He put the video out there probably for the people who could appreciate it in some capacity. Just like he can simply ignore trolls, people could just as easily ignore the video.
