Well it is common knowledge as it has been on feeds all over the world. If you read the thread you will see at least myself saying that I pulled out of ripple at a little over $3, and anyone with a bit of cursory research would know that if you're talking about xrp then you're talking about Seoul.

To reply to your statement, yes, we have already talked about South Korea but only implicitly via ripple as people who are not highly entrenched in South Korea's legal system would have any knowledge of what is happening outside of blogs full of guesswork.
