What a weird gimmick The bar, the shelves, the tables, and the glasses are all literally made of ice. They give you a parka when you go in. Again, really silly, but fun. They have similar places in the Caesar's Palace and the Mandalay Bay if those are closer to where you're staying. Monte Carlo is pretty much a shit hole now. The restaurant is most likely good though. I'm still gauging the whole "distance" of things -- I'd probably okay walking a mile or so on a given night, but I'm with two ladies who might have heels and probably won't want to walk too far. --- Not removing this until Pat Benatar is in Super Smash Bros.
