What a weird gimmick The bar, the shelves, the tables, and the glasses are all literally made of ice. They give you a parka when you go in. Again, really silly, but fun. They have similar places in the Caesar's Palace and the Mandalay Bay if those are closer to where you're staying. Monte Carlo is pretty much a shit hole now.
