Topic	Why hasn't Obama spoken out on the Hawaii situation?

You do realize he's not the President anymore and thus isn't going to give press conferences acting like he is one. Right? You do realize that's how this works right? When you're not the President you don't have to address the whole country anytime something happens. But who is supposed to, the actual president?
