I think a lot of the time that data comes from extracting it out of the game's data. So it isn't possible on any Switch game at the moment.

The other method of figuring out drop rates is killing an enemy multiple times and recording what you get. If the it's a 50% or 25% it doesn't require that many kills to get a rough idea. If it's a 1% or 0.1% drop, you'll need hundreds or thousands of kills. If a person is willing to gather the data, this method can be done in Xenoblade 2 as well for the gacha system.
