Topic	What ever happened to the Final Fantasy VII remake?

Most of us just grew up really, the first game came out when i was a kid,now im on my final year of University and just not into Disney anymore I was thinking about this as well. I was graduating from high school when I played the first one, now I'm about to retire from my first career in a couple years.
