No, you don't get to decide what is an insult to someone and what isn't. For instance, you may call me a SJW and I brush it off and say whatever. If you call someone else that, they may take offense that you are incorrectly labeling them. This new moderation rule is actually the most SJW thing I've ever seen on Gamefaqs. And that's saying something. It's a very slippery slope to be on because as they said there is no distinguishing between flaming and 'light flaming'. If someone is insulted at any point by what you type, you could be modded over it going off of this new ToS.
