I stand by my statement. Everyone is a victim and outraged at everything these days, doesn't matter if it happened one year ago and it was as simple as someone grabbing someone else's ass.
It certainly doesn't make it ok, but deal with it at the time it happens, not years later.
And if you are going to scream sexual harassment and try to ruin peoples lives everytime something fits your agenda, then you better be damn well prepared to scream sexual harassment when the same thing happens in a situation that DOESNT fit your agenda...
Office politics need to be handled differently because usually people are put in a situation where reporting it could makes things worse for them...
I'm assuming that's not directed at me? I'm pretty damn consistent but I'll leave it open for anyone to disputes that if they disagree.
That's really all I can say though since I'm not one to say "since they're not consistent I won't be either".
No it's not directed at you specifically, it's directed at everyone who is only outraged when things fit their agenda and otherwise let things go if they don't. ---
