You don't need to play all the classes unless you just want 1 of each appearance/skin not only that--your ascension options are the part of the tree that most fundamentally alter your playstyle there are 0 spectre summoners that aren't witches who ascended to necromancer, for example the_rowan posted... Quest rewards too unless they've changed that since I played. Not important later on, but when you've got a new account, being able to reliably get a certain gem early can be useful. trade made that meaningless --- And when the hourglass has run out, eternity asks you about only one thing: whether you have lived in despair or not. ...
