Sorry but that's just too illogical for me to accept. The TOU is not a catch all for every specific scenario ever conceived. It isn't perfectly objective, but no group tasked with that responsibility is. They are a group of volunteers who give their time to try to maintain order on the boards, and the rules change regularly. I can't speak for the whole team but when I was a moderator I honestly couldn't give a shit who you or your friends were. If you violated the terms of use I would action it. If I was wrong then you have an appeal process.
