I still don't see MannerSaurus trying to do that. He used some caustic language in his OP but he hasn't been trying to engage folks to break the ToS by repeatedly insulting people who disagree with him.

You can transpose his topic title word for word into the given example of trolling, and the body of the post just further cements it. Seriously go re-read it. That's not a conversation starter, nor is it a mere expression of opinion. He's deliberately insulting.

I'm not suggesting he's breaking rules or that he should be moderated, I'm just pointing out the behavior.
