It sounds like you just feel really isolated and alone in what you're going through, so maybe going to places like this would show you that you necessarily aren't, and also give you an outlet:

GriefShare: Christian faith-based grief support groups for people grieving the loss of a family member or friend. Groups meet at dozens of local churches. Locations and information at www.griefshare.org or 800-395-5755.

Um, thanks Hoth, but I'm not Christian. But thank you.

You don't necessarily be Christian to benefit from it. I'm not a Christian and I work with a ministry involved in many things, a homeless shelter, food bank, community service programs, non profit thrift store, etc. Some groups push the religious side of things more than others, and if you check around you might be able to find something more secular. If you think there's any chance of a grief management group helping you at all it wouldn't hurt to just dip your toes in the water and got to one, even if it's religion based just to check it out, not like you've got anything to lose or any obligation to go back or even stay through the first time if they turn out to be heavy handed with the Christian aspect.
