I've worked with end stage cancer patients the only person that could deny them effective treatment would be a monster. Just because you have a problem with authority figures doesn't mean you can just throw out common sense and decency to tell people that 'like they're just holding off on a magical cure to make more money man' I assume you have had a happy childhood and in general have interacted with decent human beings for most of your life.
