And there's reasons why all these shootings like Michael Browns etc.. are cleared from wrongdoing.

You need to look at it from a perspective of a reasonable officers response to the circumstances at hand. Not the outraged racial motivated media way.

It's easy to say whatever until you're actually in the situation. Responding to a robbery call with multiple witnesses. Half of them saying he's armed, other half he's got a machete, 2 people saying hes crazy.

Then you show up to a call and you got a way bigger than you who just committed a felony and he's in fight or flight mode. You tell him to stop moving towards you or stop reaching in his waistband or whatever area. All it takes is a split second for him to pull a gun out and you're dead
