Because though i've heard of whiskey dick, all i hear from female friends who've slept with drunk guys is that the guy can't reach an orgasm. They try to, really try to, but it just doesn't do anything, unti eventually the guy just gives up and feels awful about it. And, contrary to popular belief, this doesn't help to satisfy the girl either, she just gets bored.
