He had a brief dip, but then shot right back up. The people who like him are edgy young children who don't care. They enjoy him being a "savage" and fully support him (despite him telling his viewers to not defend him and his actions were inexcusable) The only thing that will hurt him is if YouTube does something - and it seems like they aren't going to. Kind of strange given what they did with PewDiePie and that wasn't really as close to being as bad as this. He's only putting a target on him the next time he goes outside the state's. He thinks he has diplomatic immunity but if he gets thrown into prison somewhere else, he's fucked.
