If it takes 30 minutes to get somewhere give yourseld an hr, there is no telling how bad traffic couls be or become, and while you might get there super early it is better then being in a rush, speeding, and probably being a danger on the road If it is an actual emergancy getting pissed off, flailing your arms around, or honking your horn is not going to help or do anything to improve your situation.
