Gaming is typically a social experience. Would you say that it's pointless to watch movies in a group, when you could have watched the same movie individually? You might also try games with a heavier "role playing" aspect; Mice and Mystics, for instance. I mean, I find it hard to imagine someone complaining that his Dungeons & Dragons campaign is pointless just because all the players are working together. Or a game like Legendary, where players lose together but win individually. (With that said, my own group tends to lose sight of the "win individually" part; we're co-op fans.) --- I don't like this duchy. Now, it's an adventurer. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
