The episode that always stuck with me was the Christmas episode where they get someone in on Christmas day and he's dying, and it becomes apparent very quickly that he won't live. But the surgeons purposely keeps him alive (he was unconscious) until the 26th because then that would be the day that would show on his death certificate and the guys kids wouldn't constantly have to live with the fact that Christmas is the day their dad died. Also Klinger wearing women's clothing That episode was on last week. They actually failed to keep him alive until the 26th. So Pierce wound their clock forward to a few minutes after midnight.
