I like time to save up considering how many Quartz it generally averages to even pull the 1 card you want. The last thing I need is multiple banners I want to pull on almost all in a row. I understand it's how this game makes hundreds of millions combined with horrible 1% rates, but yeah I always prefer to save towards characters I care about.
