That's really up to the store/management if that's okay, but the problem is these people are incapable of understanding context and don't ever stop to think they just because they can, doesn't mean they should. They also don't understand that the employees aren't really in charge of when the store closes. And these people think the employees aren't allowed to complain about last minute customers because fuck them, right?
