Thats for the company they work for to decide when its time to negotiate a new CBA. Lawmakers shouldnt be getting involved at all, these players have broken no laws by kneeling. If the NFL wants to issue refunds to butthurt fans who allow 60 seconds of kneeling to ruin their day thats on the NFL, but the politicians need to stay out of it.
