At least it had a higher Metacritic score than Gravity Rush 2. I guess for Yakuza 0, it was either GameFAQs user ratings or GameFAQs popularity that caused it to fall short of making the PS4 poll The GameFAQs ratings were higher than Gravity Rush 2 and it had more than twice as many ratings as well.
